Checkout enables users to shop online from nearby stores, restaurants, and malls, make payments via the app, apply coupons, and either pick up their order or get it delivered.

Our services include:

• Secure payment processing
• Personal shopping services
• Delivery and pickup coordination
• Direct Pay contactless payments
• Coupon and discount management

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• You must not misuse the app or engage in fraudulent activity
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations

• All payments are processed through secure, CBN-approved gateways
• We may charge service fees. These will be clearly disclosed before checkout
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with the store or restaurant involved
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified

• Shoppers will prepare your order after payment confirmation
• Orders must be verified upon pickup with valid ID or order confirmation
• If using delivery, you're responsible for providing accurate addresses
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors
• You must be available to receive deliveries during the specified time window

• Direct Pay allows you to make instant payments to partner stores
• You are responsible for verifying payment details before confirmation
• All Direct Pay transactions are final and cannot be reversed without merchant approval
• You must ensure sufficient funds are available in your linked account

• Coupons may have expiry dates and usage limits
• We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions without notice
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Fraudulent use of coupons may result in account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of our shoppers or customer service team
• Violation of applicable laws
• Multiple failed payment attempts

Checkout is not liable for delays, product quality issues, or damages caused by partner vendors or delivery agents. We act as a facilitator only.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Checkout platform are owned by Checkout Nigeria Limited or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
